Do I need prior fitness experience? +
Absolutely not. Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you're a seasoned athlete looking to level up, LIVFIT programming meets you exactly where you are, no judgment, ever.
Can I train with Jordan if I have injuries or limitations? +
Yes, this is a strength of LIVFIT's approach. Jordan uses evidence-based, functional programming that accounts for injuries, limitations, and individual needs. Your safety and long-term health always come first.
How do virtual sessions work? +
Virtual sessions are conducted via video call. Jordan coaches you live, cues your form, and adjusts workouts in real time, all from wherever you are. All you need is a phone or laptop and some space to move.
How many sessions per week do you recommend? +
It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2 to 4 times per week. We'll figure out the right cadence during your free intro session to set you up for success without burning you out.
What is small group or couple training? +
Small group sessions are designed for 2 to 4 people, friends, partners, or coworkers who want to train together. You get expert-level coaching at a more accessible rate, plus the motivation that comes from training with people you know.
